An initiative of Catholic Charities USA, Habitat for Humanity International, Interfaith America and YMCA of the USA, Team Up’s mission is to empower people to build connections across differences through shared service within their local communities. With a piece published on Medium, we’re sharing stories of Team Up projects from across the country where real bridgebuilding is happening.
