Pick of the Day (sort of) Although the title is great, I was disappointed by this article that felt like a YouTube video that spends the first 5 minutes setting the stage and then doesn't give much "meat on the bone", stays in first gear so to speak. Fact is, from the age of 40 we're loosing bone mass and from the age of 50, we loosing muscle mass. So obviously we need calcium and proteins. Digestibility is also an issue. So, although people need more proteins they have less of a taste for it. I was expecting more insights and also business opportunities. #foodtech #sustainability #aging
