Lots of misinformation and hype. This is the real deal; don’t get bamboozled by would-be promotors. 1) Is the chamber certified, i.e., does the chamber meets the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and Pressure Vessels for Human Occupancy (ASME-PVHO-1) code, and the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA 99) code and standards for hyperbaric chambers ? 2) Does the facility/clinic follow the guidelines promulgated and is it **certified** by the UHMS? and 3) Is the treatment administered by one or more specialist physicians—highly skilled in this area of medicine, and physically present in the facility at all times during treatment? If you can’t check all three boxes, walk away. Simple as that.

It accommodates oxygen level fluctuations: Important for maximizing cognitive and physical improvement. ? It decreases the risk of isolation in case of emergency, making it less likely any patients feel claustrophobic. ? Chapel Hill parks are now equipped with life-saving technology, thanks to the addition of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) at four locations. These devices, which provide critical support during cardiac arrest, are placed near athletic facilities and designed for easy use by anyone, with or without medical training. This initiative, supported by UNC Chapel Hill School of Nursing’s Dr. Jessica Zègre-Hemsey, aims to improve public health and save lives. While in San Diego a couple of weeks ago I caught up with my old friend Brok Howard, AIA, who mentioned that the Australian government had standardized on using dRofus for their public work. I came home and without changing anything in Hypar I imported a default dRofus space program and started designing a healthcare facility in about 20 seconds.
