Today's Message

Raw goat milk can carry various pathogens, including bacteria such as E. coli, Salmonella, and Listeria, which can cause foodborne illnesses. Therefore, consuming raw goat milk can pose health risks, especially for individuals with weakened immune systems, pregnant women, young children, and the elderly. It's generally recommended to pasteurize milk before consumption to kill harmful bacteria and ensure its safety. If you're considering consuming goat milk, it's advisable to opt for pasteurized versions to minimize the risk of foodborne illness.

I have not tried having raw milk before and it still doesn't appeal to me however, I heard raw milk may contain slightly more vitamins, minerals, and enzymes than pasteurized milk. It is said to contain beneficial bacteria that can improve gut health and immunity, some people claim raw milk is easier to digest due to naturally occurring enzymes, and there's also some suggestion that consuming raw milk in childhood might reduce allergies. ?? Thinks beyond your limits

I think this might be my actual post on LinkedIn, but I wanted to share some stuff I've been able to shoot lately! If you don't know the channel JKNews, then I would say give their stuff a watch! There's a lot in there that someone who is a first-time viewer might not understand off the bat, but it almost makes you want to go back and find out where all the inside jokes come from.
