5 个月I agree! However, many job offers in the pharmaceutical industry seek candidates with experience, which excludes those who are trained but have not worked in the field. It would be helpful to create more opportunities for curious, problem-solving, and committed talents looking for their first step in clinical trials, especially if they already have the necessary training without requiring a master's degree. Having these types of opportunities would be an excellent way to open doors and build diverse teams that truly drive change.
