I think they forgot to mention their ridiculous CGPA requirements in the list. If yours is less than 3.6 they will probably not entertain your application further. I remember my friends told me that the first question they were asked when they received the call from HR after applying was, what is your gpa? Two of them were rejected on these grounds without even offering them a chance to proceed to the first phase of assessment. Aside from their absurd recruitment procedure their office space in Karachi is far from ideal. (PS: Those friends are working in far better companies now.)
