Pressley Ridge is an innovative solutions organization who demonstrates incredible focus on strategic plan implementation with precision mission focus. Together, this team is guiding systemic change for positive outcomes within the communities we serve.

Companies large and small—including three of the world's largest tire manufacturers—saw changes at the top in 2024. Here are five of the top leadership changes from the past year.

From a previous attendee: "I attended the How to be a Great Boss Workshop with two of my newer managers. It was great for all of us to work with other businesses utilizing EOS, all speaking the same language. The workshop reinforced EOS concepts/principles and brought those to a more granular level. The group discussions were certainly a highlight for all. Working in a small team within the workshop invited different perspectives to the concepts and situations that were presented. It was also very nice to have so many high quality EOS implementers both presenting and working with the small teams. Excellent workshop for me personally, and the team. We will definitely attend and bring other managers in the future."

The importance of civics education and leadership cannot be overstated. Civics empowers citizens with the knowledge and skills needed to actively participate in democratic processes. I'm excited to learn more about how to be a civics leader so that I can champion civics education to ensure everyone has the tools to make democracy work for all. #Civics #ActiveCitizenship #WGR
