Do you struggle when others ethics don't align with your own? I was having a discussion the other day and said I understood completely but also said that's okay. Living your own ethics and owning them isn't something that happens overnight. It's gradual and it's a lightbulb moment when you get it. Insight, educating without being patronising and having discussions is when you know that you truly stand for something. You live your ethics. Staying true to yourself can be difficult but so can being a people pleaser. If you know what feels right to you then own that. The discussion ended with someone saying they needed to be more confident in their ethics and morals. I think just recognising that is a powerful first step. ?? #confidence #ethics #mentalhealth
