The importance of a Just and Equitable Energy Transition for African nations cannot be overstated, as it presents a multifaceted avenue to tackle energy poverty while facilitating sustainable development and responsible management of energy resources to benefit its population.
Amid global ambitions of achieving a greener, low-carbon, and sustainable future in response to climate change, it is crucial not to overlook the realities faced by Africa and other developing countries.
