On December 11, we had the privilege of attending the "Post-COP29: Carbon Market in Brazil and the Implementation of the Paris Agreement" event, organized by Trench Rossi Watanabe and Climate Connection. The event brought together several experts to discuss the progress and challenges of establishing a regulated carbon market in Brazil, with an eye on 2025 and COP30. Insights on Sustainability and Business Strategy from Sofia Svingby Yesterday we had the pleasure of hosting Sofia Svingby, Senior Sustainability Advisor at our breakfast event. Sofia has a previously worked as Head of Sustainability at Atlas Copco Group and SVP Sustainability at Prime Weber Shandwick. With her experience from both large international companies and consultancy firms, she has extensive knowledge of sustainability and how to integrate it into the business strategy.? She shared her insights on the new sustainability reporting legislation that will apply to annual reports from 2025, and how it will impact businesses and senior leaders, as well as commenting on the conclusions from COP29 Azerbaijan (United Nations Climate Change Conference).
