I'm in no way motivated by the creation of a single automotive brand capable of competing with the biggest brands, even at 50%, it would be a real honor to be on their level or to be the only African automotive brand with international renown for the next 10 years. What really motivates me, however, is to be able to create a whole new ecosystem in Africa to foster the creation of other brands like ZEV Automobile and future ZEV Automobile sub-brands. I don't want to compete with African brands, but rather create strategic partnerships so that we can be the leaders of the African market for the next 12 years, to the point when the biggest foreign brands will want to create joint ventures with us to acquire market share. We can do what they're doing now, or even better, if we are as disciplined and productive as they are, and if we use/share our collective intelligence and success. The time has come to prepare new, safe, innovative and high-quality means of transport for future generations. Especially as, by 2100, almost half of the world's population will be African. Nobody's going to come and save us, so let's do it ourselves.
