At this mornings session on Mastering Money Mindset Thandekile Moloko our expert for the session conducted a poll which aimed to understand participants’ relationships with money. The poll had one question and received 37 responses out of 43 participants (86%). The question asked: “What one word describes your relationship with money?” ?? Stressful 16 out of 37 respondents (43%) ??Exciting 3 out of 37 respondents (8%) ??Confusing 5 out of 37 respondents (14%) ??Empowering 13 out of 37 respondents (35%) Key Insights: ?? A significant portion (43%) finds money stressful, indicating financial anxiety or uncertainty. ?? 35% feel empowered in their financial relationship, which is promising but shows room for improvement. ?? Only 8% find money exciting, suggesting that few view financial management as a positive or motivating factor. ?? 14% feel confused, highlighting a potential need for financial education and clarity. This data reinforces the importance of financial literacy and mindset coaching, especially in fostering confidence and reducing stress around money.
