The region is at the crossroad at the moment. In a world moving rapidly towards digital transformation and more common use of artificial intelligence in everyday life, whether we are crossing is no longer optional. It's on us to decide, which direction we want tot take. Just a few days before International Women's Day, a moment to celebrate progress and push for stronger female representation in traditionally male-dominated areas, Women on Boards Adria (WOBA) and Finance Talk by EOS Matrix Macedonia will host an exclusive event on March 6th in Skopje with the topic "Accelerate your Action in Digital Transformation and AI Revolution." For over a year, WOBA has been actively working in North Macedonia towards increased female representation in leadership roles, as well as, advocating for equal opportunities. This event builds on that momentum, as we will explore and shine light on key topics like leadership in technology, strategies for successful digital transformation, challenges and opportunities regarding the use of AI, and ultimately, the importance of female leadership in the AI era. ??
