As of August 1st, around 43% of ARP-HCY funding remains unused. People's lives have been changing for the better. Washington State has less than 30,000 homeless in the state. We must ensure these lives are uplifted within our own motivational goals achieved with the help of leaders and corporations. Giving second chances and opportunities to those seeking to rebuild their lives. Creating high net worth tax payers and civil service citizens. From homeless hopeless abandoned lives. With hopes and dreams of today's triumphs. I believe wholeheartedly we can and will treasure each talent and gifts instilled in these lives. For a better outcome then just able to live in affordable housing. Instead able to build homes buy businesses and create what ever their talents led them to do.
