Our launch took place during the WOHASU Women: Harnessing Gallup Insights for Women's Workplace Wellbeing and Success?event with Gallup our knowledge partner, at their beautiful headquarters in Washington, DC. We welcomed an international audience in person and online, with over 5,000 people registered! ?? The immediate ripples have been amazing. We also launched an important and timely article?sharing new data:?More Than a Program: A Culture of Women's Wellbeing at Work: https://shorturl.at/PYsN6 Our Vision with the WOHASU Women Initiative is to use our platform to foster workplaces where women thrive, where wellbeing is more than a buzzword ---where it is a strategic?pillar of an updated definition of success. This isn’t another program; it’s part of a larger movement, one where we put wellbeing front?and center. At WOHASU, we believe this vision is within reach. ?? 3 个月Karen Guggenheim I enjoyed the program thoroughly! I wish this conversation had started when I was back in the traditional workplace. But I will say this, the company I worked for allowed me to start a childcare center for the school holidays when most of us working mothers and one working father had to take care of their kids. Perhaps it was the most important "sale" of my career! It eventually morphed into an award winning day care center and it helped us attract talent from NYC out to Long Island! Besides being a wonderful thing for the parents - the company benefitted as well. And that says it all. When Businesses take good care of their employees, its good for the bottom line!
