Sri Chankya says the following in Arthasastra.. Wealth creation happens in four stages. 1.Wealth identification, 2.Wealth creation, 3.Wealth management, 4.Wealth distribution Wealth identification - If one has to be wealthy, one has to identify an opportunity. People usually look for opportunities outside.. It should be other way. Identify your talents and strengths.. Most of us forget to identify this inner wealth.. Wealth creation - Having found an opportunity doesn't mean one has to be wealthy. One needs to work hard to create wealth. For example, if you know the location of a gold mine ,does it mean that you have the gold?. One needs to undertake the mining process, refine the gold and finally ,what comes out is a result of hard work. Wealth management - Once we create wealth, we need to manage it well. save it .Invest it and keep it for the rainy days..After creating wealth if we don't manage it well ,we will end up back at square one. Don't keep work for money lifelong. Let the money work for you.. Wealth distribution - Finally , wealth must be given back to others - this is called wealth distribution.. (TSXV: XTM) (“Transition” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it intends to raise $300,000 by way of a non brokered private placement (the “Offering”). Quantification of a deposit through variograms (Part 1) Barnes (1979b, 1980) has summarized very nicely the types of quantitative information provided by variograms. ? A measure of continuity of the mineralization A rate of increase of γ(h) near the origin and for small values of h reflects the rate at which the influence of a sample decreases with increasing distance from the sample site. The growth curve demonstrates the regionalized element of the sample, and its smooth steady increase is indicative of the degree of continuity of mineralization. The intersection of the curve with the origin provides a positive measure of the nugget effect of the samples from which the variogram has been generated and indicates the magnitude of the random element of the samples. ? A measure of the area of influence of a sample The zone of influence of a sample is the distance or range in any direction over which the regionalized element is in effect. When samples reach a point far enough apart so as to have no influence upon each other, we have estab[1]lished the range or zone of influence of the sample. The quantification of the range or zone of influence in various directions has important applications in the design and spacing of development drill holes within a deposit. The total zone of influence is indicated by the point at which the γ(h) growth curve reaches a plateau, referred to in the spherical scheme as the sill.
