On Friday, the Real Estate Club’s trip to Charlotte was anchored by Bob Moore of VEST Residential, who gave us an overview of how to build a property management company, and Robert Sweeney of RJS Properties, who shared not only his experience in building a company by targeting small properties, but his life story and advice for aligning your career goals and your life goals. Thank you so much to the Bobs, and to Edward M. Cherry, CFA for connecting us with Bob Moore! ? None of this trip would have been possible without the Herculean efforts of Dave Chandler (MSRE 1989), who made so many personal connections and did so much on-the-ground work to ensure we had a positive experience in the Queen City.
