I completed a particularly rewarding superintendent search for a commercial contractor in Las Vegas recently. This was a growth-oriented role with a company that’s expanding its footprint and building a strong backlog for 2025. There wasn’t any attrition—just a forward-thinking team ready to scale. The challenge? They needed someone with very specific project experience. I went to my database, made a SINGLE cold call, and connected with the perfect candidate.
