Remember that time you had a brilliant idea in a meeting but kept it to yourself? I've been there. Early in my career, I was hesitant to speak up, especially when I thought my opinion might be a bit...unpopular. After a particularly heated meeting, a senior leader (and amazing woman) pulled me aside. "You have a unique perspective," she said firmly, "Don't be afraid to use it. If you don't speak out, who will?" ?? That hit hard. Not only did it make me feel valued, but it also got me thinking about a bigger problem: ??many women struggle to find mentors who truly understand the challenges we face. ?? It's no secret – we're still underrepresented in many leadership roles. And the lack of women at the top makes the climb even harder. It's tough to envision yourself in a role you've never seen another woman hold.
