Golf lovers, this one's for you ???♂????♀? Today I thought about golf ??♀?. I've probably played 18 holes a handful of times (by handful I mean less than 5 ??) and although this doesn't make me an expert, it does give me an understanding of how I can relate the two! Here it goes: A process is like playing 18 holes — the course represents the big picture, and each hole is a specific part of the journey. The par for each hole is the ideal number of steps to complete it. Without the right golf club (knowledge of what to do), you’ll end up taking extra strokes and wasting time. But with me as the caddy, guiding you to the right club (step) at each turn, you’ll stay on par, moving smoothly and efficiently through the entire process ?? I ?? using analogies to explain everything process related because I find that it is often a foreign concept ??! Because of this, I am always looking for ways to connect with my stakeholders ??
