The truth about developing a marketing strategy: Most people don’t know how to create strategic content.? -They aren’t sure which metrics to measure.? -They don’t know how to get their content seen. -They don’t grasp the power behind good content & a brand voice. One of my DFY clients sent me the sweetest note where she summed it up: ?? ????????'?? ???????????? ???????????????????? ?????? ?????????? ???????????? ?????????????? ?????? ???????????? ?? ??????????. ?????? ???????????????????? ???????? ?????????????????? (???? ????????????????) ?????? ???????? ?????????? ???????? ???????? ???? ???????????????????? ???????? ????????????. ???? ?????????? ???????? ???????? ???????? ?? ?????????? ???? ???? ???????? ???? ?????? ?????????? ???????????? ?????????? ?? ?????? ?????????????? ????????????…?? ???????? ??????'?? ???????? ???????? ?? ?????????? ???? ?????????????? ??????. The post stats in the video are from her content: Post 1: 6 likes, 8 comments Post 2: 42 likes, 29 comments, 1 reshare Here’s the kicker: It’s the same post. She made the tweaks I recommended and reposted it. = 7x the engagement. This is what happens when your content starts working for you: 1). We see a spike in your engagement and audience growth?? 2). We evaluate what’s working and make strategic changes 3). We see an increase in clients and opportunities rolling in //REMEMBER// Very few people go from 0-tons of clients overnight in their content. When your content starts converting,? The first signs of growth are increased engagement and followers. (the clients and opportunities come next) ******************************* Do you have a LOVE or HATE relationship with your marketing?? ******************************* = I’m a fractional CMO for small businesses and solopreneurs. If you dream of having someone take over your marketing strategy for you, DM me the word “DFY Details” to get the info.?

I used to think posting was something I'd get around to when I had "more time"— like after I finished all the other tasks on my plate. But let me be real with you: there’s never enough time. I used to sit down at my desk, ready to get started on a strategy for a client, but I’d end up checking emails, scrolling through LinkedIn, and convincing myself, “I’ll start at the top of the hour.” Then, the hour came and went, and there I was—still distracted. It wasn’t until I realized something: content marketing isn't just a task you can push off. It’s *the* thing that moves the needle for your business, and avoiding it only slows you down. If you own a business, There’s a million things you could be doing at any given moment. It’s easy to put content creation at the bottom of the list. But here’s the thing: the world doesn’t wait for perfect timing. Your audience is out there *right now* searching for solutions you provide. I’m not perfect at this, and I still catch myself slipping into procrastination sometimes. But I’ve learned a couple of key things that help me—and maybe they’ll help you too. 1. Done is better than perfect: Your audience isn’t waiting for you to be flawless; they’re waiting for you to show up consistently. It doesn’t have to be polished every single time. 2. Repurpose and reuse: Think of your best content like a startup pitch—you don’t have to reinvent it every time. Break it down, repurpose it, and let it work for you in multiple ways. 3. Batching for the win: Spend one focused block of time creating multiple pieces of content. This has been a game-changer for me—and my sanity. Content is how you build relationships with your audience. It’s how you create trust and prove that you’re the go-to person in your industry. Don’t let it slip through the cracks. If you're still putting off content marketing, start today. It doesn’t have to be perfect—just start.

When you’re starting a new business or looking to revive your old hustle, your primary goal is to increase your sales. You can only effectively do that when your audience knows what you are selling and how it can help improve their lives. Sounds simple, doesn’t it? And yet, business owners lose their sleep over figuring out how to communicate with their target audience in a way, that will make their audience see the value of their product—the way that they see it. And the biggest dilemma is, the challenge simply doesn’t end there. Because content marketing doesn’t end with just one perfect campaign, It’s a continuous process. An endless journey of storytelling while simultaneously building the relationship with the clients. And that feels a little scary, no doubt. This is where content strategy comes in to save the day. ???????? ?????????????? ???? ?? ?????????????? ????????????????? A content strategy really is, how you plan to present your contents to your audience with the aim of fulfilling your goal. Your business goal can be anything from building brand awareness to creating sales/conversion to generating leads. We will explore more about that further ahead. Yet, one of the key aspects of an effective “content strategy” is acknowledging the fact that, every audience in touch with your business is at different stages. Some are just getting to know about what you offer, some are ready to purchase, and others are already your loyal customers. At every stage, you are required to communicate differently. And including a plan to address the audience at every stage, with a frequent interval, is a sign of a well-versed content strategy.? ?????? ???? ?????? ???????????? ?? ?????????????? ????????????????? Here’s a simple A-Z content strategy for dummies. A layout meant to be absorbed by the brain as, practically, as it should: 1. Define clear goals, i.e., know thyself!? 2. Know your audience? 3. Know what’s already there (Content Audit)? 4. Make a strategy? 5. Know how to execute the strategy? 6. Check progress of the strategy? 7. Upgrade, as you need. 1. Define clear goals, i.e., know thyself!? I’m sure you already understand from the title that this stage is all about knowing what you want. You have a business (service/product) and you have an audience. All you have to do is ask yourself, what exactly do you want at the moment? – Do you want people to know more about your business? If yes, your GOAL is to create brand awareness. – Do you want to generate more sales or other ways of conversion (earning money)?? If yes, your GOAL is sales. – Do you want to learn more about your audience and have their contact info to send some offer invites later?? If yes, your GOAL is to generate leads. – Do you want more people to visit your website?? If yes, your goal is website traffic.? After defining a clear business goal, we are now ready to move on to the next stage. Eager to know more? Check in the comment section.

Here’s how I create videos that generate 5-6 figure deals for my company It’s a video framework I follow for my own content and with clients This can be used for short form or long form videos, and even copy It’s called the G.E.M.S. framework: 1?? G: Get clear on your audience/message Why do we start here? Because if you don’t get this right nothing else you do matters Here’s what I want you to think about here: -Does this message align with your content pillars/strategy? -Does this message speak to your target clients pain points/dream states? -What is in it for your audience? What will they get out of it? 2?? E: Engage your audience with a strong hook You have 1-2 seconds to grab someone’s attention in the feed. That’s it You don’t do that and nothing else you say matters because they're GONE Here’s a few ways you can snatch up attention quickly: -Lead with a bold opinion/statement?("You don't need X to do Y") -Start with a compelling story?("A side hustle turned into an 8 figure business") -Tease out the value their going to get by watching (What I did in this post ??) 3?? M: Map out your key points to retain your audience I am NOT a fan of scripting videos (In most cases) But what I am a fan of, and what I think you need to do, is map out your key talking points This does two things: 1.) Ensures you don’t miss anything major in the video 2.) Helps retain the audience because the message flows and is concise 4?? S: Sum up your message and inspire action This could be any of the following: -Subtle call to action -Direct call to action -End to a compelling story -Final point you want to drive home If you’re a 7-8 figure B2B company that’s tired of working with “Marketing agencies” that over promise and under deliver, maybe it’s say goodbye to the agency and start building your OWN internal content team. You’ll produce higher performing content, faster, and you’ll take back control of your brand! Send me a DM and let’s have a chat about it. ??ABS PS: See how I clearly followed the GEMS framework in this post? :) #gemsframework #videomarketing #contenttips
