Alright, imagine you have a little superhero helper inside your body called L-Carnitine. This helper doesn’t just make fat disappear like magic—it needs you to be eating healthy and moving your body for it to work its best. What does L-Carnitine do? L-Carnitine helps turn fat into energy, like putting gas in a car so it can go! It works with two “big brothers” called lysine and methionine, and together they carry fat to the “power plants” in your cells (called mitochondria). These power plants burn the fat and give your body energy. Where can you find it? You can get this superhero from foods like: ? Red meat (like steak or lamb) ? Chicken, turkey, or fish ? Milk, cheese, and yogurt Who needs it? ? People who exercise a lot (it helps them recover faster) ? Those who want to burn more fat ? Folks who feel really tired ? Vegans or vegetarians (since they don’t eat as much food with L-Carnitine) How to use it: ? Take just the right amount (not too little, not too much) ? It’s best to take it in the morning or before exercise ? Use it for a little while (4–6 weeks) and then take a break But remember: eating well and staying active are the real superpowers.
