I was in London yesterday, Kelly, Charlie, and I hosted our Regional Talent Forum with our South East leadership team, discussing: ?? External market data, hiring trends, market churn rates, and particular pinch points for skills in certain locations and experience levels. ?? Insights into the performance of our new starters and the variance between seniority levels. ?? Analysis on maternity leave, sparking a conversation about how we can be even better at supporting parents before they leave, and when they return. ?? All things early talent and opportunities to train our colleagues. ?? Our analysis of colleagues who have left us (sad face) and how we can ensure we're retaining the best Lawyers in the region. ?? How we continue to attract, retain, and develop the best Senior Lawyers, and progress them into leadership positions when they’re ready.
