We're hiring at Apartment List! 2 great opportunities to join our sales team. The 1st opening is on our expansion sales team, focused on the mid-market segment. This is our fastest growing customer segment and is a blend of account management and sales. You're a great fit for this role if you enjoy being incredibly engaged with customers and also have an aptitude for selling. Making the wrong hire for a Sales Rep is more costly than you think.. It isn't just another job posting... Things to keep in mind (cost wise) when recruiting: - Recruitment expenses - Training and onboarding - Revenue lost in sales due to the lag time of having a rep in the area - Relationships with current clients not being serviced properly - Stress on another rep that is taking over the territory during lag time Theses expenses add up very quickly! Make sure you're doing your part on utilizing the correct resources and a solid process to hire on a good Sales Rep.
