Hyperion's Mexico Site Generous Donation Empowers Manada San to Support Over 250 Stray Dogs!! Manada San has been a beacon of hope for stray and abandoned dogs, offering them not only shelter but also love and rehabilitation.?With over 250 dogs housed at the facility, the need for resources is paramount, and donations like Hyperion's play a crucial role in maintaining operations. In a heartwarming gesture of community support, CCIH (Hyperion Collaboration and Integration Committee) from Hyperion Materials & Technologies Mexico Site we decided recently donated 84 pallets, they will serve for multiple purposes, this pallet will be essential for creating elevated dog beds and houses, which improve the duration of them. Hyperion is not only committed to innovation and sustainability in its business practices but also to giving back to the community. This week we're celebrating 40 years of Volunteers' Week! ?? Each and every one of our volunteers plays a massive part in what we're able to achieve every single day! Without them, we simply couldn't treat as many poorly pets as we do. From sorting through stock donations and getting them ready to be displayed on the shop floor, to helping our lovely customers find their perfect second-hand pieces, there’s always something fun to do and new skills to learn ?? Community impact? The primary impact of this firms business model increases homelessness (currently at 10K+ homeless people on any given night) by gentrifying neighborhoods and forcing people who make less money out. "Global day for people and planet" yet the firm musters up 2 small bins of mostly dog and cat food...this doesn't even align. How about taking on projects that actually help to reduce the number of homeless people in the city instead of ones that are for the affluent population and for corporations to profit from. I hope other architecture studios in Toronto can learn from these fake displays of positive community impact.
