If we can help our planet even a little - let's do it ?? For the third year in a row, we have organized a litter cleanup ?? event together with a client as part of #WorldCleanupDay. Together with Kristina Lieparskien?, we can already confidently say that we are experts in organizing this event ?? And if in the 1st year there were about 40 of us, now nearly 100 employees who care about the future of our planet participated in the action ?? ? #Sustainability is important to us at #ISSLietuva, and this value is what we try to convey to those with whom we work. Besides, such an event is a great opportunity to take a break from computers ?? and spend time outdoors, catching the last rays of the sun ? ?? Communication is not just about writing letters, making brochures and encouraging people to get involved in internal initiatives. It’s nearer the end of Co-production Week than the beginning - time to find out what SCIE have found is missing when attempts are made to truly co-produce services as they are designed, developed and as they evolve. True co-production is challenging, sometimes confusing along the way, and in my experience always rewarding for all involved in the end. Here is a definition from SCIE: ‘Co-production is about working in equal partnership with people using services, carers, families and citizens. Co-production offers the chance to transform social care and health provision to a model that offers people real choice and control.’ My suggestion is to find out how coproduction is working in your county to improve services.
