Recently, associates from our San Antonio office had the incredible opportunity to introduce 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders to the exciting world of civil and utility engineering at the Howsman Elementary ?? Career Day! Through interactive discussions and real-world insights, they helped young minds explore what it means to be an engineer – and even connected with bilingual classes using Spanish engineering terminology. In total, our team was able to reach 200 students across 10 classes, sparking curiosity and inspiring the next generation of problem solvers. It was truly inspiring to see the students engaged, making connections, and expanding on the information shared.
