The latest research from Capgemini Research Institute: “Investment Trends 2025: Navigating uncertainty with confidence” reveals that despite a growing sense of confidence in their organization’s growth, business leaders continue to face an important challenge in the year ahead: talent scarcity. Findings suggest that a majority of business leaders (61%) agree that a tech skills gap is impeding growth and competitiveness. While meaningful public sector investments continue to be made in talent and skills development, the research shows that overall spending is falling and organizations expect to invest relatively less on talent and skills this year.
