Here’s how we ensure a safe experience for everyone: 1. ????????????????????????: Each Big goes through an application process and provides references. 2. ???????????????????? ????????????: All adults complete a thorough background check. 3. ????????????????????: We interview both Bigs and Littles to ensure the right match for all. 4. ?????????? ??????????????: We coordinate an initial match meeting with staff present to start things off right. 5. ?????????????? ??????????-??????: Our Match Support team follows up regularly to ensure ongoing safety and support.
