For decades, we've been sold the idea that sugar is just a harmless treat—an indulgence we can enjoy in moderation. But behind this carefully crafted illusion lies a $979 billion industry thriving on addiction, disease, and misinformation. #health #whatinspiresme
I was a person of +4 cups of tea every day and I would always wake up feeling exhausted, I reduced my cups of tea to 1 or 0 a day now I am much better. I am correct?

This is false. Glucose is the source of fuel for your nervous system. Videos like this are harmful to the sector of the public who don’t have biochemistry knowledge. Not being able to uptake glucose out of the blood is diabetes. It is not caused by sugar. Metabolic diseases, while definitely linked to ultra processed diets, are not caused by healthy sources of glucose.
I read somewhere, "Sugar is the most sold slow poison".

If diets worked you wouldn’t still be searching. I lost 110 lbs (50kg | 7.5 stone) & will show YOU how - no fads, no BS, just freedom. | Podcast Host ??? | Weight Loss Disruptor ?? | Founder, EscapeTheDietPrison.com
2 天前Wellbeing Vibes 100% this! I used to believe the 'everything in moderation' myth until I realized that moderation kept me stuck in the cycle of cravings, weight gain, and frustration. Cutting out sugar completely was the best decision I ever made. I lost 7.5 stone, but more importantly, I broke free from the obsession. It’s crazy how deeply ingrained the sugar industry’s messaging is, makes you wonder what else we’ve been misled about.
