Almost finished a blog article on how my automated tests use Genesys Cloud's WebRTC to simulate a call between customer and agent. Along with the article I'll release code to: ? Simulate an agent answering a call via Genesys Cloud's WebRTC softphone ? Inject audio, as if coming from an agent, into the WebRTC softphone.
