In 2025, if you're a Generac dealer, you have to focus on your communication with customers. Modern customers today are looking to speak to you on modern terms. What I mean by this are emails and text messages. Phone calls make sense for our older crowd that we deal with, but anybody who was born after the 70s or 80s would rather have you text message them or e-mail them. So what I'd look into if your dealership isn't already doing this, is finding an innovative platform where you can not only. E-mail, but also text message with your customers before your appointments, after the calls, and maybe even do that for some of your follow up process, right? You have to be texting and emailing with your customers if you're trying to have the best year that you've ever had in your business.
