The easiest way to differentiate yourself from the rest of the Generac dealers out there is to have a high end digital solutions in your business. What I mean by this is don't just be the guy who shows up with a notepad and some paper. Don't be taken posted notes in the car. Actually don't even answer your phone in the car. Make sure that you have a process and procedure put together. And if you want to get your business on the rails, find a CRM system that's going to help you communicate with your customers and find an FSM system that's going to help you. Be able to get your workload done in the field correctly, get everything down for your dispatching, your phone calls, even your billing. If you're using modern technology, you're going to be that dealership who people want to work with, not the dealership they have to work with.
