And so while there might have been challenges along the way, I felt like I had an open path and an open voice to be able to ask for and go for what I wanted and, and felt supported the whole time through that. And when I think about some of the opportunities, you know, just some of the, the, the client engagements that I was able to be part of where I really learned so much from those working alongside of many of the table here and others at the firm. I got to shadow them and just kind of learn how they did things. But then was able to take my own path forward and kind of forge my own path in that way, and that's what I'm really grateful for. Overall, I think that women can be so hard on other women just in life, and it starts in middle school and all those things. But I think that's one of the things that we don't have at Hungerford. I think that we're cheerleaders for each other.
