Great insights Vincent Roffers ! Especially love the tribalism idea. I would add “brand cleanup” as an easy way to add more emphasis to your go to market strategy. If you have legacy brands that you have never properly integrated could you make a case for more cross selling revenue, less customer confusion, by streamlining your brand story (and investments) in the marketplace? This will earn credibility with CROs and CFOs out of the gate.
