There are a bunch of Buyer’s Agents that I would never go to myself. So when I worry about having to compete with them, I realize I don't have to. These are my takeaways: 1 - Talks nonstop on their podcast and is crazy expensive. 2 - Looks a lot like me but talks about expensive properties only. 3 - Videos look like ads for an upmarket Scandinavian furniture company. 4 - Talks over his podcast guests every episode. Why have them on at all, I’m always left wondering. 5 - Is scaling so fast that his business seems to have become about volume rather than service. 6 - Is so big that calling them takes you to a literal call center. I have no doubt they know more than me but I wouldn’t go to them if I was a new investor. Or an experienced one for that matter. I want someone who listens. Someone who won’t charge me an arm, a leg, and a nose.? Someone who won't intimidate me or make me feel stupid.? And someone who will help me build out a plan & not just hawk properties. That’s the avatar of the person I would want as a BA.?
