Ryan Miller, MFin. dude literally, all the right episodes specifically tonight, have hit my ears at the right time and pertain to exactly some of plays we're in the process of doing! So grateful you started Making Billions with Ryan Miller So, we have 3 new construction builds underway just outside of Tampa and are working on purchasing some more land to do new construction builds in Florida again or, Texas and/or Tennessee. And Dustin's insane value he provided in this session with Ryan is going to really up our game and knowledge to the next level. His green analyzer sheet he put together that will tell you if a certain property is worth buying or not is amazing and a huge timesaver! Additionally, his insight into how to really mitigate your risk when purchasing a property, regardless if you want to sell or rent it out, is fucking genius lol...I would have never thought about that. Basically, you call property management companies in the area where you're looking to buy and see if they'd be willing to manage the property. If they were to say no, it's probably because it's in a "not so nice part of town" and then based on that answer you can decide if you want to move forward with purchasing the property or.....most likely not. haha There were a lot more insights, but I want everyone to listen to that episode, so I'll leave it there for now. ??
