A few years ago, who would have believed that living in an HMO could feel like staying in a high-end hotel? The market has changed so much, and it’s incredibly exciting to work with investors who value design as much as we do. Gone are the days when HMOs were just about function. Now, we’re creating beautiful, comfortable, and stylish spaces that elevate tenants’ experiences—without compromising on practicality. It’s amazing to look back and see how far the industry has come. If I could give myself one piece of advice 10 years ago, it would be to start exploring the potential of design much sooner, while also making it more approachable and feasible for everyone.
