This is one of the better cold emails I've received in a while. (I usually get bad ones.) It's not perfect but I appreciated the following: ?? It's easy to read and to the point. ?? They talked about how they're qualified. ?? They don't ask for the sale. Where it could improve: ?? Make it more personal. Add my name and something they know I'm interested in. What's the best cold email you've received? ?????? Hey I’m Rick and I’ve been in the oilfield. I’ve worked rig moves, supported midstream engineering staffs and had countless roles in the pumping unit servicing business. I’ve been around Oil and Gas the majority of my career and I’ve picked up on a dire need: Better marketing for oil and gas service companies. If you’re over wasting money on marketing and ready for a strategy that works, shoot me a DM. #markering #ofs #oilandgasmarketing #permian #permianbasin #midland #odessa

This is real life. I just paid $4.50 per gallon for regular gas in the energy capital of the world, Houston, Texas, where you’re never more than a few feet from a refinery, fracs, pipelines and giant tanks of fuel, gas, NGLs and Crude. What happened? I left Galveston (where the price was $2.80) knowing that I’d need gas during the journey, but I was late for Gravitate strategy meetings and decided to push it. By the time I was on empty and 8 miles from my destination, I had no choice but to stop. I did not optimize my supply decision or run any #bestbuy analysis. By failing to plan, I also increased my total miles and journey time. My supply and logistics decisions also happened in silos. So I arrived later and poorer than I should have been. If you’re supplying a bunch of gas stations or running a fleet of trucks, make sure you have a system that helps make better decisions, plan, save money and increase efficiency… unlike me ??. #supply #optimization #dispatch

Long post, but my dad said "Always be proud in what you do or don't do it." And I am proud of being a small part of the oil and natural gas industry. I know some people have misgivings about the industry and the sector in general, but if you do the research into the regulations and the safety of the projects that I am part of, you will see that there is a lot of incorrect information and prejudice. Without a doubt there are a few, largely international, bad actors. What I am part of is very responsible. You are entitled to your own opinions, but you are not entitled to change the facts. I know this sector and industry about as well as I do DUI law, DUI science, and forensic science. It is a passion I have. After a bit of work, I am proud to say that I have added 2 new oil/gas projects into my inventory. Each are 1-Mile Horizontal Wells (fracked) to be drilled in Oklahoma from 3 different Producing Zones Pooled in each lease (Mississippian, Woodford, Hunton). This will make my grand total to 9 operating assets once the 2 new ones spud. I participate as private equity funder as non-operating working interest lease agreements and deeded ownership in these upstream only exploration and productions.

Recently, I've been working on developing a comprehensive preservation list for wellpad equipment. This process involves identifying and implementing the best practices to safeguard critical assets, especially when they're not in immediate use. In the oil and gas industry, equipment downtime or prolonged storage can lead to corrosion, wear, and even equipment failure if not properly managed. By creating a detailed preservation plan, we’re taking proactive steps to extend the lifespan and reliability of wellpad components, ensuring they’re ready for smooth reactivation when needed. If you’re working on a similar initiative or have insights into asset preservation, I’d love to connect and hear about your experiences! #OilAndGas #EquipmentPreservation #WellpadManagement #AssetIntegrity #Engineering #MaintenanceBestPractices

Hello folks , I'm Luke Jennings, owner/operator of BBB&CO. A saltwater disposal well restoration and repair company that uses high pressure air and power spooled polypipe to circulate the undesirables from our industry's saltwater disposal wells, maximizing the wells full potential in order to handle all the fluid the operator needs it to handle. We are a very effective process but also undiscovered to a lot of companies out there. My dad Wallace Revere Jennings Jr came up with this idea, long ago when oil was $8 a barrel and he really couldn't afford rigs and other methods of swd repair for his oil wells. Since his passing in 2007 my father and I have probably repaired over a thousand Wells together and now I have repaired that many or more myself making a living by providing this service to the industry. I'm sure you'll find us to be half the cost, half the headache twice as mobile with way more options and eco-friendly as well. We don't wish you any troubles with your swd wells but, should the sometimes inevitable presents itself, please do not hesitate, and let BBB&CO blow your saltwater disposal well worries away! You won't be put on some long waiting list with us .You call us and we will see you in the morning! We back our work with a 50% total job cost money back or no charge guarantee. I am unaware of anyone else in the industry offering this. If BBB&CO DOES NOT ACHIEVE THE PRIOR AGREEMENT AND CONTRACT OF GOALS ESTABLISHED BY BOTH THE CLIENT AND BBB AND COMPANY THEN WE WON'T CHARGE YOU THE SECOND HALF OF THE JOB COST, ONLY THE START UP COST which is $2,500 !! I'd like to think that's an effort toward meeting our clients halfway wouldn't you? if you or somebody you know got some saltwater disposal wells pressuring up and delaying oil production , please do not hesitate and call us. all this and God bless! BBB&CO Luke Jennings "owner/ operator" 318-758-0496 " PERSONAL CELL" BABES BLOWING BUSINESS "FB" [email protected] ps. I'm also offering anyone who's interested in making money from home by simply putting me to work, $500 finder fees for each new job connection this person gets for BBB&CO! I have my sales pitch for this operation all text down so you can simply read it out to the client over the phone and offer them our work email brochure with a job description and price breakdown. I also have several sources for contact info of oil and gas exploration and production companies that I will provide to you look forward to welcoming your aboard!

MVP Responds to ‘Misinformation’ Around Failed Pipeline Hydrostatic Test https://ift.tt/V3SF02K Pushing back against concerns raised by project opponents, Mountain Valley Pipeline LLC (MVP) said its handling of a recent failed pressure test demonstrates that safety protocols are working as intended. In a letter filed with FERC late last week, Todd L. Normane, senior vice president for MVP backer Equitrans Midstream Corp. and legal counsel for the pipeline, said the company felt compelled to respond to “the recent spate of public misinformation” surrounding a May 1 rupture that occurred during hydrostatic testing. Following years of delays, MVP resumed construction on the 303-mile, 2 million Dth/d Appalachia-to-Southeast natural gas pipeline last summer after Congress intervened to rescue the project from regulatory limbo. The developer had previously told the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission it expected to be ready to place the project into service later this month. [Forward Look: Quickly understand where the price of natural gas is headed with these graphic day-on-day comparisons of NGI’s forward curves at 70 locations. View Now.] With construction drawing to a close, MVP “is focused on safely completing the remaining work and conducting all required pre-commissioning activities, including all testing and safety measures that are needed to safely place” MVP into service, Normane said. Normane noted that the hydrostatic testing involved putting the pipe under a stress level “substantially above” the pipeline’s maximum allowable operating pressure. “The failure demonstrates the critical importance of conducting hydrostatic testing to ensure the integrity of the pipeline in advance of in-service operations,” Normane said. “Since that time, Mountain Valley has successfully performed hydrostatic testing on additional segments, including the repaired segment where the disruption occurred, without incident.” MVP continues to face heavy scrutiny from project opponents. Local news reports covered the failed hydrostatic test, and comments in protest of the project continue to routinely show up on MVP’s FERC docket. Last fall, MVP operator Equitrans Midstream Corp. entered into a consent agreement with the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) to address safety concerns raised by the regulator. Among those concerns, PHMSA identified potential issues resulting from pipe coating being exposed to the elements during the project’s construction delays. In a recent letter to FERC, Pipeline Safety Trust Policy & Program Director Erin Sutherland argued that the hydrostatic testing incident merits concern given the “explosive risk of such a large-diameter, high-pressure gas pipeline.” But according to Normane, opponents of the pipeline have drawn the wrong conclusion from the failed test. “Opponents have vigorously, albeit erroneously, claimed that the result of this particular hydrostatic test warrants safety co...
