Our client is a leading provider of recycling and waste management solutions in the Atlanta Georgia area, seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to enhance office efficiency and contribute to the organization's success. The role involves performing general office duties, including answering phones, managing email correspondence, handling mail, and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will maintain both electronic and paper filing systems, assist in preparing reports and presentations, and manage office supplies by conducting regular inventory checks and placing orders as needed. This position also serves as a point of contact for clients and customers, supports financial functions such as basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and vendor payments, and helps maintain a clean and professional working environment. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma (with an associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred), proven experience in a similar role, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong organizational and communication skills.
