The WAITRO Online #Benchmarking Project recently marked a significant milestone with its first data readout and webinar. Congratulating the winners happens naturally, and all would like to associate with the winners. Games and Sports in the Indian context suffer from lack of facilities /infrastructure, losing sweet time in childhood, malnourishment issues, and poor identification of talent mechanisms. And, these are nothing new. Industry should identify the LOCAL talent, and really and genuinely SUPPORT. Rs. 500 'costing' good running shoes shall be a great help in the pockets with great athletic talent. Buy in bulk quantity and give shuttlecocks to badminton playing kids, as people stop playing due to cost. Indian companies spend so much on poorly correlated endorsements hiring 'stars', but fail to do anything called mandatory CSR, a huge portion of which goes for 'cultivating' local powers, spent as overheads, and for generating optics. We as a nation need to move beyond optics and trying to be seen on the right side. Work and contribute authentically, and outcomes shall follow should be our credo.

Are you curious about nature-based solutions, passionate about protecting our oceans and waters and able to understand Serbian? Then this video is a must-watch! ?? ?? Our project partners, Prof. Dr. Miroslav Veskovic and Prof. Dr. Milan Martinov from Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad have been invited to "Dunav Televizija", a regional TV channel in Serbia. They not only introduce our project but also explain the broader framework of the EU Mission Ocean & Waters! ?? Our partners are further elaborating on the work being done within EcoDaLLi on NBS. EcoDaLLi's methodology for the assessment of NBS relevant to the Mission, as an example, simplifies NBS development, making it adaptable for various topics and scales, while reducing unnecessary costs.
