This is brilliant - on at least two levels. 1. Of course: It's that Warm Audio values the importance of taking the care that they do, with regards to Quality Assurance. (resulting of course in having the confidence to give every product they make a 5-year warranty across the board. (Seriously, that may be an industry first. Bravo and thank you!) 2. And it is brilliant simply that they MADE A VIDEO about it! What I don't understand, why is this so completely RARE? I mean.... I get that when a company is small, the core values are retained, and when they are bought up by a parent company, that's pretty much the end of any personal touch. Everything goes on auto-pilot from there. I've seen it happen over and over again. SO.... DEAR WARM AUDIO, thank you! And don't you DARE sell your company!
