Have you ever paused to truly celebrate your wins?
For years, I didn’t. I’d finish a project, overcome a challenge, or hit a milestone and quickly move on to the next thing. There was always more to do, so I rarely stopped to reflect or acknowledge my own progress.
But here’s the truth: even the wins we think are “small” deserve to be celebrated. They shape us, build our confidence, and remind us of what we’re capable of achieving.
For Day 5 of the #PreppingFor2025 challenge, I want to encourage you to reflect on a win you’ve passed over this year. It could be anything:
That time you stayed calm and handled a tough situation. A project you thought was “just part of your job” but actually made a big impact. Or even something as simple as sticking with a habit when things got tough.
Here’s your challenge: acknowledge it.
1?? Share it publicly—on LinkedIn, Instagram, or your platform of choice.
2?? Tell a friend, mentor, or colleague about it.
3?? Write it in your journal, and give yourself a moment to feel proud.
There’s no wrong way to celebrate a win, but the act of naming it makes all the difference.
Bravo ??
