???Exciting Update on Our Machining Initiative!??? I’m thrilled to share some incredible progress on an initiative we’ve been working on to strengthen workforce development in our region. As of last week, CNC machines from North Central Michigan College (NCMC) have officially been relocated to the Industrial Arts Institute (IAI)! ?? Here’s what’s happening next: ???Training Opportunities:?Secondary students will have access to machining training starting this summer. ???Marketing Efforts:?We’re reaching out to parents, students, and business partners to spread the word about these opportunities. ????Upcoming Training:?CNC Operator training will begin this February! This initiative is a game-changer for workforce development and an exciting collaboration between education and industry.
