That monetary value creates all kinds of people in this industry and creates a need to “police” our own. We can’t solve a problem with a monetary agenda alone! I follow the human model, fix the problem, save lives, and gain the reward at the end! I applaud the leaders at Evolve for making the tough decisions because accountability will help humanity!
