Back in 1923 pilot Edward Stinson and Charles Dickenson, President of the Illinois Aero Club, take off on their historic night flight from New York to Chicago in the impressive Junkers F 13. After just eight and a half hours, they land safely in Curtissfield Garden City, taking only a third of the time of the fastest express train. With their groundbreaking flight, they opened a new chapter in aviation history.
