Clearbot, a leader in autonomous marine trash collection, has grown its fleet with the Class 3 vessel. This new model features expanded onboard storage and the ability to attach towed barges, greatly boosting its capacity for waste collection and invasive weed removal. The Class 3 vessel is built to gather up to 200 kg (441 lb) of floating garbage per hour. It has an onboard storage capacity of 500 kg (1,100 lb), expandable to 1.5 tonnes with a towing barge. Powered by a 3-kWh battery pack, its electric drive achieves an average speed of 3 knots (3.5 mph) and supports up to 8 hours of operation per charge. Solar panels further extend operational time by up to 4 hours under ideal conditions. The Class 3 Clearbot is equipped with a 1080p camera and LiDAR. It can also be equipped with optional anti-collision technology to operate autonomously. The vessel uses a front-mounted conveyor to gather floating debris and includes a specific cutter for removing invasive plants like hyacinth and duckweed. During trash collection operations, the Class 3 vessel can clean up to 10,000 square meters (107,600 square feet) per day. #30daymapchallenge?My favourite dataset in the last 30 days map challange is the one I found in Kaggle website about US accidents (10M records). The map below shows accidents in Chicago by hour (height by count) between 2016 and 2019. Car accidents are still one of the biggest challenges in our growing cities. You can see that in the evening more accidents are in the western side of the city, and in the morning in the city centre + they are concentrated along the main city arteries. I am sharing the link to the interactive version in the comments. Try to answer the question of why there are almost no accidents between the road arteries in the East.
