Very interesting podcast about the current state of big tech. https://lnkd.in/eNWznigq) This was an inspiring idea. In the TV show Scar was a cyborg raider craft from the Cylons. Part machine and part organic of sorts. Upon destruction the knowledge of its 'death' was however not lost. But rather transferred to a resurrected version or clone. This method of knowledge transfer beats Darwinian evolution where there's no scope to learn from one's terminal demise. Question then is whether such an approach has merit in swarming systems. An upload to the rest of the swarm to avoid others making the same mistake. And whether quantum entangled systems may have a role. We already know that quantum game theory in swarming systems provides an advantage in terms of beating the odds. So perhaps both a mechanism and two fold value.
