Last week we had our annual family reunion in Moama - and what a gathering it was! Twenty of us, from just about every branch of our family tree, came together from across the country for a week of connection and celebration. Between the BBQs, paddle steamer cruises, pool sessions, retail therapy, café hopping, and a spirited game of Bad Santa, it was the perfect blend of relaxation and fun. And then came the online flood of 'rate your experience' requests. Anywhere that had my email address asked for a rating. The Holiday Park, Murray River Paddlesteamers, multiple cafés, the theatre, and surprisingly - even Linkt wanted to know about my drive on the M1! I'm intrigued. Customer feedback in our digital age ........ ? What's the actual response rate on these requests? ? How meaningful is this data when survey fatigue is so real? ? How does a company like Linkt meaningfully act on feedback about a tollway experience?
