I’m going to say that 95% of you probably at some point will have experienced a lack of motivation to get back into a consistent training routine and that’s COMPLETELY NORMAL? It’s okay if you don’t feel like going the gym today but if you’re struggling to stay consistent with things here are a few tips that might help - Be realistic - Create a routine - Find your WHY - Get someone to keep you accountable! Remember consistency is key ??
